Satya Moon Yoga has everything from power yoga intermediate and advanced levels. 

 Yoga foundations for beginners, somatic yoga is an incredible class that retrains the central nervous system for healthier pain-free movement, body rolling for myofascial release, muscle retraining and strength, restorative mindful, Satya Movement Flow a powerful, fun class that incorporates yoga, calisthenics, animal locomotion, the Yoga Wall and plyometrics, Cardio Barre Fusion a high energy class that incorporates Barre work, drills, dance, Pilates and strength work. 


We have a specialized classes that utilizes The Great Yoga Wall. These unique classes use gravity as resistance helping students develop deep core awareness and strength.

-improve overall flexibility and mobility in the joints and spine

-builds strength in both the large and small muscle groups

-aides in the ability to access various muscle groups in poses they are not yet able to achieve on the mat

-uses specific postures and positioning, movement and breath, awareness to open the joints, connective tissue and joints

-allows standing postures, forward and back bends, twists and inversions

-helps us feel great after doing yoga, because it is a balanced physical practice designed to open the spine in every direction
